Rules & Regulation*Parcel should be sent with the list of participant students, drawing papers, Cheque /DD/Bank receipt
*You are requested to keep one copy of students list with you, as it will not be returned.
*Please send us the entry papers on the below mentioned address .
*Entries must be sent by post or currier only.
*15% amount of total entry fees can be used for school expenses and rest 85% amount
Should be sent to in our bank account.
*If the money is deposited in bank directly .please attach the bank deposit receipt with the parcel.
*Last date to submit entries and send parcel will be 22 August 2018
*Memento /certificates/Awards will be sent to your school positively by first week of
December 2018 Or early if possible.
*Requesting you to send your prize distribution ceremony photographs to our official
e-mail id for publishing it on our website.
*All schools are requested to send at least 70 Participant entries to participate in the competition.
*Decision of the judges will be final and binding to all.
*in case of any query or doubt just give us a missed call between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
We would call back as soon as possible.

There are four groups for this competition as given below:
Primary A- KG,Std 1st Primary B- Std 2nd to4th
Secondary A- Std 5thto7th Secondary B- Std 8thto10th
Each group will have following awards.
*51 First Awards
Gold medal ,Educational Tab,Full set of colour kits ,Kalasparsh memento & certificates
*101 Second Awards
Silver medal, School bags & certificates
*301 Third Award
Water bag & Tiffin Box gifts for winning KG Students kalasparsh memonto & certificates
*Attractive certificates to all participating students
*Special awards for Principal,Art teacher If the entries are more than 150
*Every participant school will be awarded as a “Creative school Award” on the wooden Framed
